wide refactor는 예외
컬럼 이름 바꾸기처럼 기계적이지만 blast radius(파급 범위)가 코드베이스 전체에 퍼지는 변경은 vertical slice로 못 쪼갭니다. 한 번 고치는 순간 수천 개 호출부가 동시에 깨져 어떤 조각도 초록(CI 통과) 상태로 못 끝나기 때문입니다. 이때는 expand–contract로 순서를 잡습니다.
expand — 새 형태를 옛 형태 옆에 추가. 아무것도 안 깨짐.
migrate — 호출부를 blast radius 크기에 맞춰(패키지별·디렉터리별) 배치로 옮김. 배치마다 티켓 하나, 전부 expand에 blocked. 옛 형태가 아직 살아 있으므로 배치마다 CI가 초록.
contract — 남은 호출부가 없어지면 옛 형태 삭제. 모든 migrate 배치에 blocked.
배치조차 단독으로 초록일 수 없다면 순서는 유지하되 공용 integration 브랜치를 쓰고, 마지막 “통합·검증” 티켓에서만 초록을 약속합니다.

Finally contract: delete the old form once no caller remains, in a ticket blocked by every migrate batch. When even the batches can't stay green alone, keep the sequence but let them share an integration branch that all block a final integrate-and-verify ticket — green is promised only there.### 4. # To Tickets
Break a plan, spec, or conversation into a set of **tickets** — tracer-bullet vertical slices, each declaring the tickets that **block** it.
The issue tracker and triage label vocabulary should have been provided to you — run `/setup-matt-pocock-skills` if not.
## Process
### 1. Gather context
Work from whatever is already in the conversation context. If the user passes a reference (a spec path, an issue number or URL) as an argument, fetch it and read its full body and comments.
